For the days when
“I’m fine” doesn’t fit.

Created with women in midlife in mind. Especially if a normal lab result hasn’t answered how you feel.

Founded by Dr. Josh Axe, a Doctor of Chiropractic, The Health Institute focuses on health education, nutrition, lifestyle, coaching, and community.

Its Cellular Health Analysis is a separate consultation offer with a Senior Health Advisor. This workbook is a simple starting point for organizing your own observations, whether or not you explore that service.

A few things
you might wonder.

Is this guide for me?

It is written with women around 45–55 in mind, especially if you feel tired, foggy, or unlike yourself despite being told your labs are normal. The prompts can help any adult organize observations for an appointment.

Will it explain what is causing my symptoms?

No. The workbook helps you describe symptoms and daily context. It cannot identify a condition or show that a particular food, habit, or hormone caused a symptom. A qualified clinician can interpret your symptoms alongside your history, examination, and test results.

Do I need lab results or special equipment?

No. Start with what you notice in everyday life. If you already have lab reports, the appointment worksheet reminds you to bring copies with dates, units, and reference ranges. There is no need to buy tests, supplements, or a device to use this guide.

Can I fill it out on my phone?

You can read the full guide on any device. For writing, print the PDF or use the annotation tools in a PDF app you trust. It is not an interactive PDF form. The web version does not accept or store personal entries.

Is the guide free? Is a consultation included?

The guide is free to download. A consultation is a separate service and is not included. Visit The Health Institute’s official consultation page for its current pricing, terms, and availability.

Why isn’t there an email signup?

This is a preview with no email service connected. “Get the free guide” takes you straight to the download page. We do not ask for your email, subscribe you, or send a message.
